spin game. Strong loopers tend to play a step or two back from the table,

Control the Attacking Angles

Imagine a triangle formed by two lines on a table, each starting from the middle of one side and going off to the two corners of the other side. This diagram is the key to forehand attacking angles.

% P# j& ?; L  gIdeally, you want to position your forehand at the point of the triangle in the middle of the table on your side, and direct your attack to the two corners on your opponent's side. When you succeed at this, you force your opponent to move widely to make returns he will instinctively aim back towards the center -- and your forehand, again. Try some simple plays like this the next time you practice. Play forehand serves from your middle to either corner. Then attack the return to the opposite corner, and so on.) x' W4 f% u2 ?# B3 ~

See if these angles work for you. And equally important, watch out for opponents who will use them against you." A2 h5 n. m4 M, @4 h+ ~# M! D) b

If you use the proper sidespin (across the ball towards their backhand, i.e. a left to right service stroke for a righty playing a righty), you can usually get a return to the middle of the table that can be attacked. This serve is challenging for the receiver because the sidespin makes it risky to go for either corner; and because few players seem to have practiced returns of short serves to the forehand, for some reason.

6 o9 a# u3 ]% \. TOne useful aiming technique is to think of a window about six or eight feet above the table. If you can get your lob in the window with topspin, it's likely to go in and keep you alive in the point.

First, try a short, low serve with just a slight amount of underspin. Believe it or not, top players can better attack a spinny short chop serve than a light one, and will usually just dink the latter back.. C5 Y8 X1 K# ?; h  ?9 ?

0 z- @- m; c! C# J! ?, ^The second option is the opposite; serve a fast deep ball with simple topspin. You know your opponent will topspin it back, but in a reasonably predictable way you (or your partner) can anticipate and hopefully deal with." F, X" \% ^$ n! t

Many players have trouble with smashing really high balls (like eye level), especially if the ball jumps with topspin. Frequently, the problem is a too-low backswing, requiring you to raise the paddle sharply to meet the ball while swinging forward.
' V" |9 u$ }, |+ O% O  ~. N# r5 d2 N; E& ^( Y& P8 q. R
Instead, take a much higher backswing, about the level you expect to meet the ball -- then swing straight through it. Keeping your elbow high is a good mental cue for this.- r; X6 M; `* a

$ R/ `4 U& l$ r9 o6 P7 Q* IDon't forget another option against a persistent lobber -- looping instead of smashing. While less powerful, a loop will head for the floor faster, often forcing the lobber out of his comfort zone. Loops can be easier to angle, as well.1 j4 {; d$ T* }

還有一招可對付愛放高球的對手 就是拉弧圈將高球沖回去 雖然力量較扣殺小 但是球落地所需時間要少得多 對手的應變時間也就少得多 還有拉弧圈也比較好控制回球的線路

High spinny loops are often difficult to return, and their slow pace gives your opponent time to get positioned for the next shot. You can feel yourself losing control of a match as a result.$ d7 x1 l# F5 k6 T1 d

3 |/ x4 Z, h- R* c8 L0 I; N" [Sometimes a radical change of tactics will help. Pick out a couple of slow loops and try smashing them with your forehand. Make sure to move your feet, get your elbow up, and keep it simple by aiming for the middle of the table. You may be surprised at how easy this shot can be, and the shock of it to your opponent will probably win the point outright.

Making even a few of these smashes can change the whole dynamic of the match by taking your opponent out of her consistent looping comfort zone. You don't need to go crazy either, to create an impact; just let her see what's possible. Sometimes the best defense is an unexpected taste of offense.' B$ X  B1 Z' L% ?

這時應該要改變一下戰術  選幾個較慢的高調弧圈 用正手扣殺回去 要記得移位到擊球的位置 抬高手肘 瞄準球桌的中央 你可能會驚訝地發現這扣殺的成功率很高  而且這扣殺可能就能直接得分

幾個成功的扣殺會使你的對手不敢一直用高調弧圈對付你 並且改變整個比賽的氣氛 你不用扣殺每一個高調弧圈 只要讓對手投鼠忌器就行 有時候突然地進攻就是最好的防守
