Description:
• Responsible for business transformation/IT project implementation which covers project management, business requirement analysis, design business and IT integrated solution, IT system training, system configuration, user acceptance testing, user support and troubleshooting.
• Implement Oracle ERP for new sub company according to business requirements.
• Work closely with business staff/system user and software development team to build high-quality systems that meet user expectations.
• Identify the business needs of user and help to determine the best solutions to address ongoing business requirement.
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction of the assigned IT product or business area.

Requirements:
• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT related field, such as IT project implementation and system support / development.
• Candidate with Oracle e-Business Suite Payroll 11i implementation or support experience will be preferred, specially experience in implementation of Oracle PC/PM/PJB/PJC.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic Java, Oracle database and Excel/VBA skills.
• Good communication skills and effective teamwork.
• Proficient in English languages, Ability to converse in German/Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel within the west Europe.
