IT Specialist Job Description
As one of the top four Chinese Banks, we will open a German branch in Frankfurt in 2013. Now we are looking for an IT specialist of our Frankfurt Branch.

Your prime responsibilities within this role will be:
        Planning the IT infra-structure and their further development to match the development of the business;
        Maintaining the operation of the IT systems, safeguarding their stability;
        Preparation and amendment of the system operation and maintenance manual;
        Maintenance of the hardware and network equipments；
        Responsible for the business continuity, regularly organizing the disaster recovery drills；
        Responsible for IT system’s security,  the anti-virus server and prevention the spread of the virus, hacker attacks and other invasions；
        User management for IT systems；
        Responsible for the management and maintenance of core business system and the third-party periphery systems as well as the coordination with their respective providers.
        Responsible for purchase of the software, hardware and maintenance service as well as their assessment；
        Providing the technical support, training and guiding the operational personnel to solve the problems in the process of the using the IT system ；
        Backup of the office data and business data on a regular basis and storage of the backup media；
        Building up the website of ABC Frankfurt branch;

Work/education requirements
        Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in the IT related major, preferably with a focus on Telecommunication/ Computer and Network Engineering;
        Working experience in the major related fields in German Banks or Financial Institutions preferable;
        Working experience/Knowledge with Euro-payment and Euro-clearing System, Regulatory Report System and AML system preferable.


Other Requirements
        Fluent speaking and writing English and German;
        Chinese language skill preferable;
        Communication willingness in a dynamic international environment;
        Self-motivation, willingness to learn and team spirit.
