去英国开会+旅游该申请何种签证？

! ?6 T7 k! n/ c$ `  C想请教坛子里的去过英国的兄弟姐妹，我7月份去英国开会，之后想在英国玩几天，该办visitor签证还是business签证？而且我看到申请网页上说：

If you have temporary permission to stay (for example, as a visitor) in the country where you are currently living, you cannot apply for most types of UK visa in that country. You can only apply for:

8 Z) l0 v) W9 \% b/ [2 g6 \, O/ r    a visitor visa
2 e4 I' c. V8 u* Y5 i- q+ b    a Tier 5 (Temporary worker - creative and sporting) visa
# ?8 |' P- I7 I) X3 ~4 L    an EEA family permit

  d  C1 K0 a3 z7 W/ `我是学生，持中国护照，没有入籍也没有长居，那是不是我只能申请visitor签证？但是好像visitor签证的话又不允许你在英国参加会议啥的。。。那我到底该申请什么签证啊？急盼回复！

不用着急 其实两个都可以

! U$ J- D  w& i) ?2 v: K/ hIf you have temporary permission to stay (for example, as a visitor) 这是说如果你是游客访客就不行了 凡是拿到resident permit的都算长期居留许可

英国签证最少有效期半年 而且多次入境 你现在申请 3月底就能出来估计 奥运都能去看了 呵呵
