Manning Global Group is currently looking for an Access Network Technical Support Engineer to permanently work for one of our international clients in the Telecommunication arena, based in Germany.
Responsibilities of this role are:
- project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners
- to be responsible for product/solutions and the after-sales technical support in the field of access networking.
- support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main service provider accounts
- 1st and 2nd level technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team
- Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners
Qualifications:
- A deep understand of at least one or more of the following products and solutions: IP/ Ethernet/ PON /xDSL/MPLS
- Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission, testing and troubleshooting independently (including survey and acceptance)
- Good communication skills and learning capability;
- Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
- At least 3 years´ experience in Germany access network and data-com market
- Flexible for traveling in Germany and workflow (occasional, for example acceptance test ,trouble-shooting for accident).
