Position: HR Manager Working Place: Copenhagen, Denmark Reporting to the CEO, this position will have responsibility for: Administration of all organizational H.R. Policies and Procedures •Coordination and administration of benefits including enrollment, termination, annual contract renewal and trend analysis •Devise and conduct human resource training programs to maintain regulatory and legal compliance including HIPAA and OSHA •Administer, prepare, and submit biweekly payroll •Participate in and/or manage a wide variety of HR related issues or projects •Workers' Compensation claims management •Employee relations background with ability to solve situations before they escalate •Ability to recruit candidates to effectively fill open positions •Also need: Strong written and verbal communication Attention to detail and good follow-through skills Ability to multitask and re-prioritize duties on a regular basis The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of five years experience in human resources management.
We offer from $50,000 to 100,000 for American HRM and Euro 72,000 to 120,000 for HRM in Denmark but also other welfare by law and competitive benefits. |
