• Provide support to WV to protect and grow the available renewal base of customer accounts in line with revenue goals established and communicated by the TR EMEA Manager.
• Undertake training to expand awareness of products, overcome any defined user issues and increase number of users within existing installed facilities.
• Achieve revenue expectations within the defined markets through new and renewal upgrades.
• Liaise with Order Operations in WV to request pricing quotations for customers, documentation and other support services as identified by customers.
• New and Renewal sales will only be quantified as the amount of billed revenue placed by WV through the identified distributor order process.
• Undertake a Quarterly plan and review meeting (initially this will be as needed) with WV and TR EMEA Manager to ensure that the defined roles and objectives are being met, to address any concerns and to identify potential opportunities.
• Build and demonstrate knowledge of all Healthcare products and delivery platforms available in order to do a superior job of product positioning and feature/benefit selling utilizing printed materials provided by WV/TR, electronic product demos and tutorials, and webinar sessions.
• Actively participate in outbound prospecting, renewal calling and up-selling opportunities.
• Schedule sales visits with a representative of WV or TR EMEA Manger as required and agreed.
• Participate in market development activities by identifying areas that are under-developed and to work with the TR EMEA Manager to create a sound business plan to present at Quarterly plan and review meetings.
• Attend and participate as a representative of WV in regional, national and global Healthcare Industry & Pharmaceutical conferences and trade shows as necessary and agreed between TR EMEA Manager and WV.
• Extensive experience in an account managerial or sales focused positions related to the healthcare (hospital) or pharmaceutical markets within the Germanic regions
• Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems and computer information technology, including MS Windows, Intranets, Internet, Client/Server, and Mainframes required
• Knowledge of the Healthcare (hospital) Pharma and sector, preferably gained through solution sales experience
• Demonstrated presentations skills to C level and key decision makers across a matrix organization
• Excellent sales skills and with proven solution selling background
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accomplished networking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in German is essential
• Solid experience with CRM and Office software tools
• Travel required within Germanic markets and overseas; 60-70% of the time. |
