• Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.& x, f. i, Q# c" c
• Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.

• Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
