please explain the detail information of your computer i suppose your op system is winXP(DE or EN+Multi Language) check "region and language opinons", be sure you are using chinese for unicode programm if it doesn't work, try to use "Microsoft Applocale" to load any chinese application, if still doesn't work. 9 s9 @5 `9 q- v' c* R2 X7 |% ?reinstall your language package. if the computer keeps being stupid. reinstall the whole system. 2 ?5 d' I* `( z |$ b4 n0 f the computer of your friend seemed to lose some critical files.
