看了各位的留言，很热心啊，谢谢大家了。出门在外不容易，就只得靠朋友了。
刚刚收到一份contract 大致是一个租房合同，房东现在想问我意见如何。我对当地行情不了解，请大家发表发表意见，觉得如何？
押金 300
光租房250一月，
租房+包一日3餐 500 一月。
提供家具，包水电。但是不包垃圾费和电话等。
房东好像是意大利人（感觉），房子是大的APARTMENT里的一间。
地点在 Schwenningen
我上班的地方在Villingen，房东说我可以乘公车上下班。而且说Villingen的房子特别难找。
公车到底方便不？（月票多少钱啊？）
大家觉得如何？我只短住4个月，所以不准备自己买家具等东西。
想了一下，觉得还凑合?!
下面是富得旺根应用科学大学给我发的简单说明：
I have some news about housing for you:
Yesterday I talked to a landlord and he can offer you a room and he is willing to accept you from May on (normally rooms are rented from March on). It is located in Schwenningen.
As you may have already heard Villingen-Schwenningen is a twin city with two parts which are about 5 km apart. There is a regular train and bus connection between Villingen and Schwenningen.
Your company is located in Villingen, but it might be hard to find a room there because there are not many students living there. Our campus is in Schwenningen so there are a lot of students living there.
The room is in shared apartment (in German: WG = Wohngemeinschaft) with three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in total. There are several shared apartments in that building which belong to the same landlord. So you will certainly meet other students in there. This would be a good opportunity for you to meet people.
