Many friends exist between German and English,and they can cause a lot of confusion.
1.
you mean: aktuell   Unsere Artikel sind immer topaktuell.
you should say:  up to date/ current   Our articles are always right up to date.
you should not say:  actual
Why not?      actual = tatsächlich

2.you mean:   Aktion Die Aktion"sei nett zu den Kollegen" finde ich übertrieben.
you should say:  campaign I find this" be nice to your colleagues" campaign a bit much.
you should not say: action
Why not?  action = Handeln , Tat

you mean:  die Lindenallee ist einfach schön.
you should say:  avennue  /The Avenue of lime trees is just beautiful.
you should not say:  alley
Why not?      alley = Gasse

you mean: Ambulanz Ich habe drei Stunden lang in der Ambulanz gewartet.
you should say:  outpatients' department for three hours.
you should not say:  ambulance
Why not?      ambulance= Rettungs-,Notarztwagen

you should not say:  bank
Why not?      Bank=bank( Geldinstitut) Uferböschung.
