<p><b>腹股沟疝</b>（Inguinal hernia）指的是<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%85%94&variant=zh-cn" title="腹腔">腹腔</a>内容物在腹股沟通过腹壁缺损而向体表外突出的。儿童腹股沟疝俗称“小肠疝气””、“小肠气”或“疝气”。</p>
<p>腹股沟疝是最常见的<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E5%A4%96%E7%96%9D&action=edit" class="new" title="腹外疝">腹外疝</a>，有数据显示，其占全部腹外疝的90％。疝修补术也是最常见的<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%A4%96%E7%A7%91%E6%89%8B%E8%A1%93&variant=zh-cn" title="外科手術">外科手术</a>。在男性方面，腹股沟疝经常是在胎儿早期<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E7%9D%BE%E4%B8%B8&variant=zh-cn" title="睾丸">睾丸</a>从<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%85%94&variant=zh-cn" title="腹腔">腹腔</a>下降到<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E9%98%B4%E5%9B%8A&variant=zh-cn" title="阴囊">阴囊</a>过程中发生（即下述的腹股沟斜疝的先天型）。因此男性的发生率比女性高。在患者体表看来是腹股沟区一个无痛的突起，但在咳嗽，用力提东西或者是站起来的时候更明显。当患者躺下时，突起会消失。但疼痛的出现或者是突起不能收入腹部，意味着并发症的发作。</p>
<p>腹腔内容物，如<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%B0%8F%E8%82%A0&variant=zh-cn" title="小肠">小肠</a>会在腹股沟疝的过程中下降到疝区，会有缺血的危险，造成<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%82%A0%E6%A2%97%E9%98%BB&action=edit" class="new" title="肠梗阻">肠梗阻</a>。更严重的会造成<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%82%A0%E7%BC%BA%E8%A1%80&action=edit" class="new" title="肠缺血">肠缺血</a>和<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E5%9D%8F%E7%96%BD&action=edit" class="new" title="坏疽">坏疽</a>。并发症的并发病不能被预测。一些可以静伏数年，一些则会急性发作。</p>
<p>但随着患者腹肌的增强，腹股沟疝有自愈的可能。而医学上可通过疝环，嵌顿性疝手法复位法。外科手术则有高位结扎术，疝修补术和疝成形术三种。其外科
手术属小型手术，不卧床或是“one day
surgery”。19世纪巴斯尼首先记录了第一种可行的修复手术过程，这是一种“拉紧”修复术，只是在疝区边缘缝补，并无任何其它加固。由于其高复发
率，恢复期长以及术后疼痛大的原因，该技术目前已不再普遍使用。但还有零星使用的，Shouldice和Cooper's/McVay修复术就属其中。</p>
<p>根据疝环与腹壁下动脉的关系，腹股沟疝分为腹股沟斜疝和腹股沟直疝两种。</p>

<h2><span class="editsection"></span><span class="mw-headline">腹股沟斜疝</span></h2>
<p>腹腔内容物从位于腹壁下动脉外侧的<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%82%A1%E6%B2%9F%E7%AE%A1%E5%86%85%E7%8E%AF&action=edit" class="new" title="腹股沟管内环">腹股沟管内环</a>突出，向前内下斜通过<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%82%A1%E6%B2%9F%E7%AE%A1&action=edit" class="new" title="腹股沟管">腹股沟管</a>，出于<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%82%A1%E6%B2%9F%E7%8E%AF&action=edit" class="new" title="腹股沟环">腹股沟环</a>，甚至会进入<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E9%98%B4%E5%9B%8A&variant=zh-cn" title="阴囊">阴囊</a>。是常见的腹股沟疝类型，占腹股沟疝的95％。</p>
<p>从起源来看，腹股沟斜疝由可分为先天性和后天性两种。</p>
<p>先天性腹股沟疝，又名为间接腹股沟疝（Indirect inguinal hernia）是在男性胎儿早期<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E7%9D%BE%E4%B8%B8&variant=zh-cn" title="睾丸">睾丸</a>从<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%85%94&variant=zh-cn" title="腹腔">腹腔</a>下降到<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E9%98%B4%E5%9B%8A&variant=zh-cn" title="阴囊">阴囊</a>过程中发生的。睾丸延由腹膜构成的鞘状突后壁下行至阴囊。过程完成后，鞘状突除阴囊部分外都会闭合退化为一纤维索。但如果闭合不成功，则会遗留一囊状结构，形成先天性腹股沟疝。</p>
<p>后天性腹股沟疝，又名为（Direct inguinal hernias）外因不一，但内因却为腹股沟三角（Hesselbach's
triangle
，又译为Hesselbach三角）横筋膜的缺损薄弱。如果患者在同一侧同时患有先天和后天（直接和间接）腹股沟疝，则被称为“裤子疝”或“滑疝”。它们
可以同时或者是分开修复。</p>

<h2><span class="editsection"></span><span class="mw-headline">腹股沟直疝</span></h2>
<p>腹腔内容物从腹壁下动脉内侧的<a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%85%B9%E8%82%A1%E6%B2%9F%E4%B8%89%E8%A7%92%E5%8C%BA&action=edit" class="new" title="腹股沟三角区">腹股沟三角区</a>直接向前突起，但不穿过腹股沟内环和阴囊。腹股沟直疝较腹股沟斜疝少见，仅为腹股沟疝病例的5％。</p>
