1、Service Engineer
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with medical customers.

Responsibilities
1). Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.
2). Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.
3). Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.
4). Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.
5).Feedback the quality issue to improve product’s quality.
6). Guiding customers through ultrasound product installation process.
7). Keep necessary records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.
8). Other customer service-related work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Ultrasound business, clinical & scanning skills will be preferred, able to work with CHINA team to do image optimization according to local demands.
native speaker will be preferred.
