Intern M&A(m/w/d)

并购业务实习生

Location:   CityCenter of Düsseldorf

工作地点：德国杜塞尔多夫市中心（近国王大道）

Onboard:   March2023

入职时间：2023年3月

Period:    3-6 months

工作时长：3-6个月

Position:   Intern

职位性质：实习

Task Description

工作内容：

1)      Participation in M&A projects,support the team in preparation and presentation of transaction relateddocuments

参与并购交易项目，在交易材料的准备和演示方面为团队提供支持

2)      Responsible for translation,collation, categorization and archive of the materials and documents

负责对材料和文件进行翻译、整理、归类、存档

3)      Fundamental market and businessresearch and analysis in the context of M&A transactions

针对并购交易进行基本的市场和商业的研究和分析

4)      Participation in transactionrelated meetings and write the meeting minutes

参与交易项目的会议，整理会议记录

5)      Support other transactionrelated issues and report to the project leader

对其他项目相关事宜提供支持，并汇报给项目领导

Your Profile

职位要求：

1)      Bachelor or Master Student inFinance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines with strong academic performance

金融、经济、管理或相关学科的本科或硕士生，学习成绩优异

2)      Have practical experience incorporate finance or M&A, e.g. at investment banks, accounting firms, lawfirms and financial consultancy would be an add-on

在投行、律所、会计师事务所和财务咨询公司有跟企业融资和并购的相关经验者优先

3)      Very strong in written and spoken English. Germanlanguage skills are a plus

非常好的英语口语及书面能力，同时掌握德语技能者优先。

4)      Highly motivated and committedwith very good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

积极性高，责任心强，具有非常好的分析能力，注重细节。

5)      Excellent skills in Excel andPowerPoint

熟练操作Excel、PPT等常用办公软件

6)      Currently based in Düsseldorfor cities around would be preferred

目前住在杜塞尔多夫或周围城市者优先
