Project Manager Digitalization
Main Responsibilities:

·        Support business processes,process change and operations; Undertakebusiness strategy, complete process digital path and project planning.

·        Responsible for conceptual advicein the areas of digital tools and solutions inclusive but not limited to CRMand ERP

·        Diagnose business pain points invarious areas/existing process improvement points，analyzerequirements and develop proposals for the selection of suitable providers andimplementation scenarios.

·        Complete the requirement analysisaccording to the digital project plan and form the digitalrequirement.  At the same time, complete the post-evaluation of digitalprojects to ensure the implementation and landing of digitalization.

·        The implementation of workshops,feasibility studies, design, and implementation of proof-of-concepts andblueprints

·        Advise and accompany our internalcustomers in business-relevant project implementations.

·        Responsible for communicating andconveying expectations between internal stakeholders and external serviceproviders toelevate customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

·        Degree in economics,(business) computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain management orcomparable qualification.

·        At least 5 years of practicalexperience in IT / digitization consulting.

·        Extensive experience inproject management / process management, ideally with certification in this area,as well as experience in the change management process.

·        Professional demeanor and theability to communicate confidently across multiple hierarchical levels.

·        Very high customer orientationand consulting competence.

·        Systematic, structured andquality-oriented way of working

Language:

• Fluent in English and     Chinese (Mandatory) as well as one other of the following languages:     German, Italian, French, Spanish, etc.
