Job Description
Job Title:    SalesManager
Report to:   GeneralManager
Location:    München,Germany
RESPONSIBILITIES
n  To achieve the business targets assigned by GM.
n  To act as a coordinator for the commercial, productionand aftersales service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and serviceto customers.
n  Develop and execute marketing strategy andcustomer plan in the industry, which means identifying potential customers aswell as developing customer relations.
n  Conduct market analysis.
n  Plan and attend marketing promotion activities,like professional seminars, exhibitions, trainings etc.
n  Work as specialist to satisfy needs of key customerson specification release, updates and changes.
n  Coordinate with the service, parts and technicaldepartment to support key customers on service issues, such as mid & longterm service support plan, significant quality issues and regular qualitymeetings etc.
n  Regularly visit customers to establish good andlong term relationships.
n  Other tasks assigned by GM.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
n  Bachelor degree in business, engineering or anyrelated field
n  At least 3 years sales experience in powerbattery industry
n  Good Communication skills and teamwork spirit
n  Self-motivated and result oriented
n  Proficient in Germany, English and Chineselanguage
n  Be able and willing to take frequent businesstravels
