Reports to
This position will report to the General Manager and EU Finance Manager. Job Overview
Responsible for the company's overall financial planning, accounting, financial management, fund management and balance, risk assessment and control, providing important decision- making information support for company leaders and ensuring the company's financial stability.
Responsibilities and Duties
• According to the company's annual business plan, formulate the overall work plan of the department, and be responsible for supervising the implementation;
• Control the internal management expenses of the department;
• Establish and improve the accounting and financial management system, organise
the preparation and improvement of the financial internal control system, and be
responsible for supervising the implementation;
• Responsible for the internal work arrangement of the department and guiding
subordinates to complete various tasks;
• Organise the preparation of the company's annual financial budget plan, and be
responsible for supervising the implementation after the approval of the manager
meeting and the approval of the headquarters financial department;
• Organise subordinates to conduct accounting and financial statement preparation,
conduct regular financial analysis, including the company's financial status, operating
results and capital use, etc., and report to the general manager;
• Responsible for Kingdee financial report and Jiuqi report;
• Responsible for AR and credit limit management;
• Keep good communication with local accountants, and timely provide invoices to
local accountants;
• Responsible for financial module in Cargowise system, and provides effective
financial data analysis for the management;
• Responsible for the preparation of annual audit data.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, accounting and other majors.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in corporate finance, of which experience in financial manager management positions.
• Proficient in accounting and financial management knowledge.
• Logistics industry experience is a PLUS.
• Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills, German is a
plus.
• Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details.
• Excellent decision-making ability, comprehensive analysis ability, business
awareness, comprehensive analysis ability, and data compilation ability.
• Good psychological quality, serious and responsible work, meticulous and
meticulous.
• Be able to use various office software and various financial software proficiently, and
have basic network knowledge.
