Position：Project Manager Assistant
Experience: Graduate to 2 years work experience
Hiring Location: Germany (Darmstadt, Bensheim)

Roles Responsibilities
• Communicating with project managers and project engineers in a timely manner to control and push the progress of each project in European region.
• Summarizing project progress on a weekly basis for all the projects in European region.
• Assisting project managers with resource allocation, material requests and team coordination.
• Drafting training documents for project managers and project engineers.
• Arranging training programs for project delivery team.
• Developing templates of documents that are related to project management (including but not limited to project plans, project timeline estimation, project weekly status etc.)
• Handling some of the supply chain tasks in European Department (including but not limited to invoice processing, spare parts organization at the warehouse, documentation as well as ar-rangement of international delivery)

Qualifications and Skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, and excellent teamwork skills
• Reliability and an independent way of working characterize you, as well as good self- and time management
• Flexibility and great commitment distinguish you as much as your organizational talent
• You are able to identify problems quickly and have fun while tackling them proactively
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
