The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building out the channel distribution structure and managing relationships in the related territory. The successful candidate must be passionate and proactive in driving channel development, accountability, and growth of sales. The ideal location is in Germany.
What you bring to the team
• Demonstrated Management experience in developing partner and distributor channels.
• 5+ years of successful field sales and channel experience within the related territory. IT, Unified Communication, or Pro AV industries experience is required.
• Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
• A creative and strategic way of thinking. Has the ability to work under pressure if necessary. Good insight and foresight ability.
• Excellent time management skills. Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
• BA/BS + required.
• Passionate and persuasive. Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English communication is required. German language is a big plus.
