职责描述：

1. 负责德国本土电商 Otto/Kaufland/Ebay等本土店铺新品上架，运营和推广，新品调研及需求分析，制作推广计划并执行

2. 利用站内外营销实现月/年目标、打造爆款，提升销售额和利润。

3. 广告管控及优化，销售数据进行跟踪和监控；收集分析竞争对手信息汇总并反馈

4. 定期统计销售数据、库存数据、退货报表等，及时调整销售策略，保持良好的库存周转率和库存量的安全

5．账号安全管理，发现帐号异常能做快速应对措施（监控各项指标）

6. 处理中差评、客户投诉、退换货及退款等事务，维护账号好评率；收集和整理客户的反馈信息，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度。

任职要求：

1、英语和德语读写能力熟练，熟练运用excel表格等办公软件；

2、具备1年以上任意电商平台运营经验优先，熟悉德国本土平台的政策规定及工具/报表等，具备独立运营店铺经验（具备精品推广策划和执行能力者优先）；

3、具备良好的市场洞察力、数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，强烈的计划、执行意识；

4、有团队合作精神和执行能力，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有耐心细心；

5、有工作热情，脚踏实地，能够承受较强的工作压力，有志在电商行业长期发展。

Your works:

1.       Research and needs analysis for new products, develop and execute the promotion. New products update, operations, promotions on the local E-commerce platform.

2.       Achieve the sales goal by on-site and off-site marketing, create the hit products, increase the sales and profits.

3.       Control and optimize the advertisement, track and monitor the sales data, collect information from the competition and feedback.

4.       Count the sales data, inventory data, return the list periodically, adjust the sales strategy in time to keep a healthy inventory turnover and stocking security.

5.       Manage the security of accounts, quick response for account exceptions (monitor various indicators).

6.       Handle the medium-bad customer reviews, customer complaints, return information to keep the account favorable rate. Collect and sort the customer feedback to keep the favorable rate and credit of the store.

Your requirement:

1.       Fluent in German and English, familiar with Microsoft Office.

2.       A deep understanding of German E-commerce policy and related tools, able to operate an online store independently, and having more than 1-year E-commerce experience is preferred.

3.       Have good market insights, data analysis, and logical thinking. Strong awareness in planning and execution.

4.       Have a good spirit of team working and execution, strong responsibility, integrity, attention, and patience.

5.       Passionate about working, able to work under high pressure, and has long-term personal development in the E-commerce area.
