UNIONTECH GmbH located in Darmstadt Germany, is a subsidiary of Shanghai Union Technology Corporation with Evonik Industries AG as its minority stockholder. Having being researched and developed 3D printers and provided one-stop solutions (hardware, software, technical support, etc.) for more than 20 years, UnionTech is now the market leader in China with more than 60% market shares in SLA and also one of the fast-growing 3D printing OEMs in the world. Entered the European market in 2016, UnionTech has established strategic partnership with many local big resellers and built very close relationship with many European end customers in a wide range of industries, such as automobile, electronics, dentistry, etc.

We are looking for a motivated Service and Application Engineer to be a part of our European team to provide technical support from sales to installation and training in Europe.

Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Description:

• Responsible for on-site commissioning and training at customer site including providing solutions for customer applications.
• Responsible for the coordination of all occurring pre-sale, post-sale, maintenance and technical issues.
• Communicate and report progress or issues with HQ technical team in Shanghai, China, in order to increase systems reliability.
• Responsible for all technical and quality issues within Europe.
• Participating in the planning and release of the overseas technical strategy.
• Support the sales personnel with product guidance and recommendations, assist the sales department in product promotion and technical support, and handle customer-related technical issues.
  
  

Requirement:

• Experienced in customer support as service technician or application position. Ability to understand Electrical or Mechanical information.
• 3D printing industry experience will be preferred (knowledge about SLA or DLP technology is a plus).
• Able to define and organize its workload and priorities.
• Able to work in stressful situation.
• Willing to frequently travel around Europe.
• Native speaker in Chinese, excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1 or above), German or other European language speaking will be a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Working permit for EU
• EU driving license is preferable
• Able to start this position as soon as possible
