工作职责：
1. 负责德国自动化仓库的设备选型及采购进度管理，负责本地供应商生产进度、质量监控，负责设备出厂前验收工作；
2. 负责德国自动化仓库的设备安装实施管理，协调内部各部门资源以及外部供应商资源，完成现场设备安装的技术指导和供应商管理；
3. 负责德国自动化仓库项目的运营导入支持，输出自动化设备的使用说明，培训仓库员工。
4. 负责德国自动化仓库运营后的设备日常管理，搭建设备维养团队，制定设备维养制度并监督执行；
5. 自动/智能化项目的运营参数优化，效率提升，运营模式升级。


岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械设计、电气自动化、物流工程等相关专业。
2.了解包括但不限于AMR货到人技术、输送分拣、自动化存储等物流自动化设备；
3. 熟悉立库、AGV、输送线等物流设备，有物流设备研发设计或设备实施安装项目经验者优先考虑。
4. 练掌握AutoCAD等工具的使用；
5. 具有较强的创新能力，良好的沟通和组织协调能力。

Automation engineer post
Job duties.
1. responsible for equipment selection and procurement progress management of German automation warehouse, responsible for local suppliers' production progress and quality monitoring, responsible for equipment pre-shipment acceptance.
2. responsible for the implementation management of equipment installation in German automated warehouse, coordinating the resources of internal departments and external suppliers to complete the technical guidance and supplier management of on-site equipment installation.
3. Responsible for the operation introduction support of the German automated warehouse project, outputting the instructions for using the automated equipment and training the warehouse staff.
4. responsible for the daily management of equipment after the operation of German automated warehouse, build equipment maintenance team, develop equipment maintenance system and supervise the implementation.
5. Optimize the operation parameters of automation/intelligent projects, improve efficiency and upgrade operation mode.


Job requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, electrical automation, logistics engineering or other related majors.
2. knowledge of logistics automation equipment including but not limited to AMR goods-to-man technology, conveyor sorting, automated storage, etc..
3. Familiar with logistics equipment such as vertical storage, AGV, conveyor line, etc. Experience in R&D and design of logistics equipment or implementation and installation of equipment projects is preferred.
4. practiced in the use of tools such as AutoCAD.
5. strong innovation ability, good communication and organizational coordination skills.
