Responsibilities: · Planand execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,email, social media and display advertising campaigns · Design,build and maintain our social media presence · Measureand report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess againstgoals (ROI and KPIs) · Identifytrends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights · Brainstormnew and creative growth strategies · Plan,execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests · Collaboratewith internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience · Utilizestrong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience acrossmultiple channels and customer touch points · Instrumentconversion points and optimize user funnels · Collaboratewith agencies and other vendor partners · Evaluateemerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoptionwhere appropriate
Requirements: · BS/MSdegree in marketing or a related field · Atleast 2 years working experience in digital marketing · Proficiencyin English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Chinese or any Europeanlanguage is a great plus · Demonstrableexperience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, socialmedia and/or display advertising campaigns · Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digitalcampaigns that engage, inform and motivate · Experiencein optimizing landing pages and user funnels · Experiencewith A/B and multivariate experiments · Solidknowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight,Omniture, WebTrends) · Experiencein setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns · Workingknowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development is a great plus · Stronganalytical skills and data-driven thinking · Up-to-datewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement · Willingnessto travel in EU countries.
WorkingLocation: Munich or Venice.
