At Hanshow you will:

Within thetechnical department and reporting to the Technical Director, you provide salesand customers with technical and functional support in the development andnegotiation of commercial offers. You translate the opportunities and needs ofcustomers.

You develop a special relationship withcustomers to support them in their development needs.

As part ofyour function, your missions are:

·       Analyze the customer contextwith the Sales Engineer;

·       Supervise the start of theproject and monitor the progress of the project;

·       Ensure the smooth running,in coordination with the Sales Engineer;

·       Participate in the responseto calls for tenders;

·       Integration, test,validation of our system with the customer during the pre-sales phase；

·       Communicate with customers,collect and review requirements as well as proposing solutions；

·       Responsible forcommunicating with customer's technical team, conduct training to customers onproduct using and daily maintenance as well as problem solving solutions.

Who are we looking for:

·       Bachelor degree or above,major in communications, computer science or other related majors is preferred,engineers with relevant experience is preferred；

·       Fluent in Chinese, fluent inGerman (above B2), English skills are a plus；

·       Master at least two of thefollowing skills: Linux command operating system, basic database(Mysql/MariaDB) operation；

·       Understand the principles ofwireless communication；

·       Basic programming skills,including but not limited to Python, Java and JavaScript；

·       Basic network knowledge(routing exchange), CCNA certificate is a bonus item；

·       Can accept travel needs；

·       Have a team spirit.

SalesOperations Intern (6 months) 销售运营

Location: Düsseldorf

At Hanshow you will:

• In charge of Sales contract and orders operation following the the requirement from Hanshow and Customer;
• Order & sale requirement acceptance and confirmation;
• Following The order produce plan and the international transportation;
• Responsible for collecting and sorting business documents and the work statements reporting;
• Communicate with customers and subordinate suppliers on business;
• Complete other temporary works assigned by the superior.
  

Who are we lookingfor:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in     international trade or logistics or related subjects;
• Overseas experience in business, sales operation or     logistics management is preferred;
• Strong communication and coordination and  EXCEL skills , and strong ability to work under pressure;
• Basic work systems experience such as ERP, CRM     is preferred;
• Fluent in Chinese, good English and German     that can be used as a working language;
• You are living in Germany;

After-sales Engineer  售后工程师

Location: Düsseldorf，Germany

•  Responsible fortechnical support and system maintenance in local projects during after-salestage;

•   Workingclosely with solution team for solution implementation.

•   Providingtechnical support during project implementation phase and solve technicalissues.

•   Handlingcustomer claims of technical problems and tracking tickets to ensure SLA;

Who are we looking for:

Project Manager 交付经理 (Project Delivery)

Location: Düsseldorf,Germany

At Hanshow you will:

Yourmain tasks will include:

·       Lead the implementation of the customer'sproject delivery plan;

·       Communicate with relevant internaldepartments to ensure that the customer's delivery plan is implemented smoothlyand on time;

·       In the process of project delivery andimplementation, be responsible for monitoring progress, solving problems, andcoordinating customers and internal resources;

·       Participate in and lead customer projectmeetings, deal with complaints or upgrades related to customer projects;

·       Work closely with after-sales engineers todeal with the technical problems of the customer’s existing network;

Who are we looking for:

·       A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevantmajors;

·       At least 2-3 years working experience in ITor communication industry, and have certain knowledge of IT or communicationtechnology;

·       Have customer communication experience, ableto handle customer communication under pressure;

·       Have a sense of teamwork and can work closelywith other internal departments to jointly complete project goals;

·       Dynamic, stress-resistant and team player;

·       Ability to participate in multi-lingualmeetings, good communication skills;

·       Excellent command of both English and German;

·       Good office software skills.
