Job description:
1.Creation and further development of test concepts, strategies and processes in cooperation with development teams
2.Coordination & execution of test activities with interdisciplinary teams
3.Identifying and evaluating of the necessary tools, needs assessment and if necessary, control of the procurement of test infrastructure
4.Planning and control of test activities as well as monitoring of the test progress, evaluation and communication of test results to the respective development project
5.Preparation and moderation of test or integration workshops
6.Monitor test progress, rate the test result and create test reports using test metrics
7.Collaborate stakeholders from all project levels
8.Ensure milestones of “full function”, bug zero and approvals
9.Receive escalation or report from technical expert or development engineer or test engineers, then decide on adequate actions with relevant parties
10.Communication with other functional team leaders, suppliers.
11.Able to identify priority and critical issues during the project process, and able to give guidance to team member.
Requirements of the candidates:
1.Experiences of Test Management at global OEMs or Tier1s on infotainment system and mobile online service project
2.Expert knowledge in test management (Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager or equivalent, ISTQB certification is plus)
3.Basic knowledge in Requirements Engineering (E/E architecture, software architecture, knowledge of computer networks and common protocols(TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, FTP, SSH, SSL/TLS, Http and so on)
4.Deep knowledge in bus tracing and signal analysis with CANoe and CANanalyzer
5.Advanced knowledge and professional handling of established project-/test planning tools
6.Being up to date with current state of technology and given standards in software and function development (ISO26262, SOTIF, ASPICE, ISO29119, etc.)
