SoftwareDevelopment Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and optimization of system software such asWeb/IOS/Android/linux of Internet of Things products;

2. Undertake to formulateand complete corresponding development plans according to development goals anddevelopment requirements;

3. Responsible for andcomplete their own development tasks and the delivery of development codes andwork results;

4. Research and reserve ofnew technologies, new applications and innovations.

Requirements:
1. Master degree or above;

2. Computer science andtechnology, communication engineering, information technology, communication,electronics, automation, mathematics and other related majors;

3. Understanding andfamiliarity: system software development such as Web/IOS/Android/linux;development languages such as JAVA/GOLANG;

4. Have strong learningability, logical analysis ability and execution ability; have enthusiasm andpassion, can focus on work; good at communication, have a good team spirit;integrity, integrity, and good professional ethics;

5. Familiar with officesoftware, overseas study experience, good English ability, and ability in otherlanguages (Japanese, Korean) is preferred.

Electronic Hardware Development Engineer

Your responsibilities:  

·       Clearunderstanding and excellent implementation of the demand

·       Incharge for the conceptual design,  components selection and hardwaredesign according to production and customer needs     

·       Contributesto inspection of specification according to customer and KOSTAL requirement,such as worst-case analysis, DFMEA, etc.

·       Incharge for the PCB layout, and solve the technical problems from the PCBsupplier.

Your qualifications:

·       Bachelordegree of above, major in EE, Electronic Information or Automation.

·       GoodEnglish. German is preferred.

·       Aminimum working experience in hardware development. Be familiar with automotiveapplications environment, test standard and design requirement.

·      Experience in PCB LAYOUT software tools,such as PROTEL, MENTOR GRAPHIC, etc. Familiar with OFFICE and electronic product design software.

ADASFunction and System Development Engineer

MainResponsibilities:

Designfunctional requirements, derive system requirements and architecture for futureautomated driving functions:

·       Definefunctional requirements

·       Definetechnical requirements for subsystem solutions and create technicalarchitectures

·       Modelthe respective system level behavior

·       Alignwith relevant stakeholders on technical level for systems realization andderive implications for complete system

·       Engagewith software and hardware engineers of the AD project team and externalpartners / suppliers

·       Definitionof KPIs and performance requirements to supplier/s and partners

Integratereleases of ADAS function in prototypes:

·      Create a cross-ECU integration plan forthe integration of the various components of the customer function.

·      Coordinate the various steps with theECU managers.

·      Coordinate the activities with ourpartners to integrate the customer function.

·      Define software interfaces together withthose responsible for the modules.

·      Create integration reports regularly andmeasure the degree of maturity of the integration of the entire function

Qualification:

·      Bachelor’s / Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

·      Experience in requirements engineering(e.g. Cameo, Rhapsody, DOORS)

·      Experience in programming (e.g.CANoe/CANape, C/C++, ADTF, Python)

·      Experience in software development,integration and testing in the automotive area.

·      Driver license (better with additionalprototype license)

·      Experienced in Chinese trafficsituations.

·      Experienced in Confluence & Jira.

·      Project management: Experience insteering and technical negotiation

·      Fluent English, German is a plus

·      Joint responsibility for project successand customer satisfaction.

·      Read and interpret development results.Plan and take corrective actions as required.

·      Dedicated commitment to safety &quality assurance.

·      Strong communication and alignment ofdevelopment findings in the project team.
