华为杜塞Marketing Finance & Operation Specialist - West European Region
Main Responsibilities:
1) Support for regional and countries’ MKT budget management: monthly marketing expense forecast, end-to-end tracking and estimation. Deal with daily budget configuration and expense booking template optimization issues.
2) Support for finance management of regional and countries’ marketing projects, especially for creative and media projects, throughout the whole project life circle:
- Supporting on business plan (BP) and budget preparation, monthly cost estimation and forecast, release budget forecast and accounting management for cost incurred for different countries.
- Based on system and full process ledger, assisting project owner and countries to solve/clarify internal control issues timely, conduct execution and process fulfillment self-check on the authenticity, accuracy and timeliness of marketing project investments and expenses incurred.
- Support in budget review meeting, marketing project financial, financial review of independent procurement contracts, support for ROI/KPI tracking and finance process training
3) Support for regional marketing operation tasks and risk-control management internally and externally, which includes but not limited to:
- project monitoring and tracking, reporting any outstanding issues
- project validation and payment process
4) Responsible for trouble-shooting and ensuring compliance internally and externally for the whole marketing process in Western European Region, guidance for project owner for compliance issues; coordination between different stakeholders, e.g. marketing, procurement, finance, accounting, risk-control staffs ect.
5) Responsible for Region HQ marketing project workflow execution and process quality for the region, ensuring maximal risk mitigation, guaranteeing the workflow and process execution quality to the highest level of quality required by Headquarter.
6) Organization of execution and process compliance check for the whole region marketing business sector, conducting self-review and update necessary key metrics and reports, being able to identify potential issues and risks in project execution and process fulfillment.
7) Support in other regional HQ marketing key projects, coordination and communication between different stakeholders internally and externally
Requirements:
Desired skills and experiences
1) Experience in relevance to P&L analysis, budgeting, accounting, business planning and ROI analysis expected, preferably in media, creative or advertising industry; experience in an international cooperation is a plus.
2) University degrees are assets; finance, economics studies and business administration etc. is preferred, but not a must.
3) VERY EXCELLENCE in data analysis and processing capabilities, proficient in Excel and other MS Office Software, knowledge of Visual Basics is preferred.
4) EXCELLENT communication skills, analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills. Sensitivity in numbers and ability to work and solve problems independently are A MUST.
5) VERY EXCELLENT verbal and writing skills in Chinese and English; German or other European language skills are preferred, but not a must.
6) You shall need to reconcile and balance financial transactions and accounts almost every day so you’d better have fun in that. Thus you MUST be very detail-oriented.
7) You MUST be able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasks and finalize your projects in a deadline oriented environment.
