Scope of Work

Maintaining of the accounting book and preparation of the monthlyreporting package; Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financialstatements in accordance with German GAAP; Preparation of the expense budgetand the forecast.



Responsibilities:

maintain bookkeeping and regular reporting in compliance with HGB/IFRS;

make proper retention of documents per requirement of tax authority and other government departments;

Assist to prepare annual budget and conduct controlling activities;

Interact with external advisors regarding financial topics;

Support the external and internal auditors for the annual audit work;

Support to improve/establish financial-related procedures, including cash collection, reimbursement, inventory etc.

Ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager;               



Qualifications:

Speak fluent English, German and Mandarin Chinese;

Excellent MS Office skills; Experience with SAP preferred;

Good knowledge of HGB/IFRS and local taxation law;

3 years finance-related working experience;

Bachelor degree or above in area of management or economics.
