Financial OfficerIhre Aufgaben

• Accounting and Bookkeeping
  
  • Finishing the bookkeeping journals in ERP system monthly, complying with the CZ GAAP. Description should be both CZ and English;
  • Mapping the CZ journals to CN GAAP, based on HQ’s guideline;
  • Keeping the original invoices and documents well in the local office;
  • Managing and auditing the inventory, and finishing the COGS calculation monthly with HQ guideline;
    
• Costs Controlling
  
  • Reviewing the payment application in the OA system, by following the company policies and HQ guidelines
  • Controlling the payment under the budget;
  • Completing the Cash budget periodically;
    
• Tax reporting and Controlling
  
  • Submitting the correct VAT report to tax authority monthly;
  • Submitting other tax, such as road tax, property tax and so on;
  • Submitting other report to government authority as legal required;
  • Learning the new tax policy, and communicating with HQ efficiently;
  • Communicating with tax authority if needed;
    
• Financial Controlling
  
  • Supporting the annual budgeting;
  • Supporting for the government investment incentive project;
  • Assets management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Payables and receivables management;
  • Other financial controlling to maintain the best interest of the company;
    
• Payroll Calculation and Reporting
  
  • Calculating the payroll slips Monthly;
  • Submitting the tax report of payroll periodically;
  • Other HR issues;
    
  
  

Ihr Profile

• Professional at both accounting and tax, and have knowledge about the international transaction tax issues;
• Professional at COGS calculation and costing management;
• Familiar with payroll calculation and reporting;
• Have more than 5 year’s finance experience of Industry, automobile is a plus
• Native Czech/Chinese speaker, fluent in English writing and speaking; Chinese is a plus
• Bachelor degree or above
• Open mind and willing to accept culture difference; willing to travel to China
• Professional and hands-on experience in ERP
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills self-motivated, can work independently and under pressure
