Job Location: Munich
Responsibilities:
- - General Admin e.g. team events, office environment, meeting arranging, reports preparing, follow up KPI related performance reporting etc.)
- - Business related support (e.g. projects, procurement, payment, visits coordinating ,marketing)
- - Maintain smooth Headquarter, internal and external communication
- - Other miscellaneous work to make sure team well-functioning in Germany
Requirements:
- - Well-organized and detail oriented
- - Good communication skills
- - Fluent German and English, Chinese is a plus
- - Bachelor or above degree or equivalent
