Operation Manager (Specialist)

According to the company's development strategy, market strategy andsales target, support the sales team in logistics, administration and finance,manage and supervise the sales team to complete the sales task assigned by thecompany.

Job Responsibility

-To manage the administrative work of the subsidiary, including legalaffairs, government-enterprise relations etc., responsible for the externalrelationship of the office, contact with government units, third-party serviceagencies and other departments/subsidiaries.
-管理子公司行政工作,包括法务和政企关系,负责办事处当地外联事务,对接政府单位,第三方服务机构和其他部门/子公司;
-To coordinate with the Human Resources Department in Headquarters,assist in handling such matters as employment resignation, insurance, welfare,training, cultural activities, carry out HR issues implemented according tolocal laws and regulations. Responsible for recording the attendance and workingstatus of employees supervise and urge work ethics, try best to improve workenthusiasm.
-对接总部人力资源部,协助办理入离职、保险、福利、组织培训等事宜,并根据当地法规进行HR工作建议和HR制度执行,公司文化建设活动的推进;负责记录当地员工出勤状况和工作状态,督促工作作风,提升工作积极性;
-To coordinate with the Marketing Department and Customer ServiceCenter in Headquarters, manage logistics for the subsidiaries, includingbusiness trips and visits, cargo and asset scheduling, displaying andwarehousing; improve customer satisfaction by making sure personals and assetsarrive promptly. To provide security for the office, formulate securitymanagement regulations; carry out logistics security training andimplementation.
-对接总部市场部和客服中心,为子公司管理后勤,包括人员出差和人员到访,货物资产调度、展示和仓储;通过保证人员和物资及时到位提高客户满意度;为办事处提供安全保障,制定安全管理规定,开展后勤安全培训并执行;
-To coordinate with the Financial Department in Headquarters, assist inthe Financial Management of the subsidiary, take charge of the materialprocurement and asset management, established office material suppliers system,updated the asset list of the subsidiary, and ensured the property andinformation security of the subsidiary.
-对接集团总部计划财务部,协助进行子公司财务管理工作,负责物资采购与资产管理,建立物资供应商体系,更新子公司资产目录,保证子公司财产和信息安全得到保障;
Requirements

This engineer shall support the achievement of business objective byoffering technical services to our customers before, during and after theinstallation.

Requirements
