WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Deputy General Manager of the new Rheinmetall Joint Venture in China
• Responsible for Finance (Financial Reporting, Controlling, Cash Management, Contract Management)
• Secure the interests of Rheinmetall in the Joint Venture
• Support the ramp up of the JV
• Co-ordinate with the shareholders
• Co-ordinate activities with our companies in Germany and Singapore; co-operation with Chinese partners
• Create and develop business plans for market segments
• Support the sales activities
  

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Academic degree (financial)
• Language: fluent English is a must;  German or Chinese is an advantage
• Proven international experience; preferable in Asia
• Joy at work in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting; assertiveness
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach and working method
• Interest in Chinese Culture
• Willingness to travel
