Operation Assistant
Main Responsibility: - Assist the manager in sourcing and interviewing candidates and processing recruitment.
- Support team building, training events, andinternal & external meeting (organization, agenda reviewing, and recordingmeeting minutes, tracking the remaining issues).
- Prepare internal data management report,documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned.
- Managing manager's calendar and appointmentschedules.
- Other Ad Hoc works (NEO support, OT/Shiftcalculation, attendance management, HRBP admin support, etc.).
- Other tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Requirement: - College degree (or above)
- Experience of human resource assistant or operation assistant in mobileindustry is a plus
- Fluency of writing, reading and speaking inEnglish
- Strong attention to detail, organization andcommunication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office software
- Pleasant personality ( outgoing, hardworking,dependable, customer service oriented, etc.,)
- Good team player
