Job location:  Düsseldorf, Germany



Main Responsibilities:

n   Manage service project daily tasks with focus on infrastructure preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

n   Management of suppliers, include supplier fulfillment tracking, relationship maintenance and performance improvement, travel up to 40%

n   Take actions for project performance (KPIs) improvements.

n   Circumventing the risks associated with chemicals in infrastructure process.

n   Management of infrastructure process on Web Service System.

n   Management of procedure optimization and solution development on Infrastructure service.

n   Align project plan with project stakeholders: customer, Huawei teams, suppliers.

n   Report timely progress of project/initiatives to stakeholders.

n   Hold overall view of project whole picture, as well as detail oriented actions taken and reporting.

n   Take fast actions to achieve the business target following team decisions.

n   Efficient multilateral negotiations in Chinese, German and English with stakeholders.


Requirements:
·         General requirements:

·         Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunication engineering or related fields.

·         Data analysis skills with relative tools, e.g. excel, power BI, etc. Basic programming skills is a plus.

·         Solid communication, organization and negotiation skills.

·         Must be a team-player. Contribute and follow team decisions.

·         Fluent in German and English.

·         Pro-active mindset in problem solving, process improvement.

·         Experience in working in project team core/extended teams, preferred in distributed and multi-cultural teams.

·         Must be eligible to work in the European Region.

·         Willing to challenge the hard work even under pressure.

COC Assistant


Job location:
Düsseldorf

Main Responsibilities:

Centralized operation management/support of project service delivery. Responsible for daily plan-maintenance of project rollout and business/operation KPIs of site delivery. Monitor different kind of business data in project management, ERP management and financial audit fields to support a successful site delivery.


1.      Maintain project rollout plan regarding site delivery status, customer or subcontractor alignment
2.      Monitor accuracy and timeliness of rollout plan, alarm abnormal delivery plan
3.      Check and trigger correct delivery requirement to related operation groups (customer Order, Equipment Shipment, Service Procurement, Acceptance, Billing and Payment, etc.)
4.      Support project team reach project target and KPIs
5.      Realize operation automation
6.      Centralized fulfillment monitoring
7.      Tracking and insure financial result follow IFRS 15 regulation


Requirements:

§  Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or relevant experience

§  3 -5  years working experience in the area of contract, quality and process management

§  Graduates are also encouraged to apply

§  Excellent written and communication skills in German and English. Chinese language skills are an advantage

§  Self-motivated, cooperative and flexible personality
