- Keep up with the national and local labour laws and rules. Set-up, review, update and carry out personnel policies.
- Keep up with the market information and status of personnel and review and update the personnel policy so that the company can keep qualified employees and attract qualified personnel to join the Company.
- Personnel recruitment: advertising, attendance at job fairs, interviewing, appraisal.
- Employee training and development: analyze training needs, make plans and schedule, organize training.
- Dual-way vocational education implementation.

Cost Control

- Make an automatic system for price matrix to show material costs, labor, profit etc.
- Calculate and check the direct efficient working hours for KCC units, and analyze work efficiency throughout all departments, define unit target;
- Be responsible for pre-, ongoing- and post-calculation for all the sales orders;
- Report monthly working hours, COGS, A-S costs;
- To statistic the total cost (material & labor) of all the design changes
