ICT Europe GmbH is currently looking for a FAE (Field Application Engineer) who is the bridge between our ICT products and their application in our customers' products.
- Time frame: now
- Job location is based in Ratingen, Germany (near Dusseldorf)
- Basic Salary x 13 months (Summer/Winter money including) with monthly sales bonus.
- No related experience is acceptable, we will provide the on-job training
- ICT is willing to provide the contract for candidate's working permit application.
- Technical degree, EE/ME is plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese are must,Speaking Turkish or German are plus
- Valid International driving license are must, European driving license is plus

Overview: Tasks & Requirements
As a Field Application Engineer, FAE is the link between development, customer and sales. The FAE's goal is to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them at the customer. A FAE will use existing products and concepts to work out system solutions for customers.

This requires in-depth knowledge of the product: a FAE are familiar with all of the details from development to testing through to the sales strategy. As a FAE will have direct contact with customers, a FAE must have excellent communication skills.

A FAE's tasks consist of:
- Developing technical solutions for our customers by working out product solutions for application and system requirements
- Discussing the product definition with the customer
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations
- Provide the product training and technical knowlege sharing

A FAE have the following requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese are must,Speaking Turkish or German are plus
- Technical degree, EE/ME is plus
- Valid International driving license are must, European driving license is plus
- Ability to identify requirements before the customer does
- Very good communication and moderation skills
- Aggressive/confident and humble/willing to learn
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
- Monthly domestic and foreign business travel in Europe and Turkey for customer visit
