国际知名新能源企业慕尼黑分公司诚聘财务经理，全职职位，工作地点： 慕尼黑， 具体任职要求如下，

Major responsibilities

1. Financial reporting

a) Maintain accounting book and preparemonthly reporting package based on HQ office instructions;

b) Prepare monthly, quarterly,and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS;

c) Work together withconsultants to prepare and submit tax returns on time;

d) Maintain ERP GL systemin Munich office;

e) Prosess and approveall the payments for the company.

2. Budget and Analysis

a) Assist General Manager in preparation of company‘sbudget. Forecast and execute budgetary control.

b) Prepare monthly budgetvs. actual analysis.

3. Policy and Procedure

a)    Ensure company’s financial and accounting procedures in compliance withthe group policy, as well as local statutory requirements in German.

b)    Make proper retention of documents with local tax office, businesslicenses, statistics, bookkeeping.

4. Operation
a) Review sales contracts initiated by GmbH office in particular on the paymentterms. Assess tax implication of the contracts. Assist sales team to structurecontracts to minimize finanical risk；
b) Work with HQ credit control team to assess the creditbilty of customers；
c) Follow up AR collection with the sales team ensure due balance be settled ontime；
d) Work with operation team on inventory management in GmbH that includes stock-taking,review of the inventory movement, reconcile inventory quantity.  

Minor responsibilities

1.  Assist with HQ Finance team to deal with relevantfinancial affairs.

Qualifications

1.  Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/businessadministration) or higher;

2.  Good knowledge of IFRS is a must.  Certified Public Accountant is a plus;

3.  Fluent Manderin Chinese communication is aplus;

4.  Minimum five (5) years of experience atrelavant positions;  at least three (3)years experience in large- or medium-size German companies;

5.  Familiar with federal, state, and local lawsand regulations;

6.  Experienced and knowledgeable of accountingsoftware, payroll procedures, and management systems;

7.  Familiar with German tax structure and capableof identifying tax implication of commercial transactions;

8.  A team player, able to work under pressure.
