Responsibilities Duties:

•        Establish clear mile stone plans in cooperation with MTU-FN MA-department during the setting up process of new Joint Ventures.

•        Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in    accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.
. I% B+ B9 I2 {# Y- L+ Q) E: L•        Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.

, I1 b9 @5 q; |) \5 m  Z- p•        Formulate appropriate market strategies for specified countries in North-East-Asia.
•        Implement these strategies and secure a proper follow-up.
) U5 f& t' E( Z2 F$ A•        Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
•        Monitor performance of distributors, dealers and sales representatives in NEA together with sales and service departments. Responsibility: Ensure distributors, dealers and sales representatives are performing as expected.
•        Special assignment from time to time.
