Knowledge Management Specialist
Job location: Germany-Düsseldorf-Hanssaallee 205
Main Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Creation Project Management:
• Responsible for local service and sales knowledge creation
• Review and optimize product knowledge and do the knowledge localization, assure the product knowledge is suitable for local consumers
• Push related responsibility persons create knowledge according to WEU knowledge creation, publish, promotion process
• Knowledge Requirements and Correction Management:
• Handling and tracking employees knowledge feedback progress in Huawei internal system
• Analysis and experience Huawei official website and Hicare APP knowledge quality and make the related optimization
• Knowledge Base Promotion and Optimization:
• Responsible for pushing local service team to use Huawei internal knowledge system
• Collect Huawei internal knowledge system optimization suggestions from local team and push HQ to optimize
Requirements:
• General requirements:
• Strong communication skills, you have a natural talent to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
• Highly organized and target orientated
• Able and eager to learn new skills
• Experience:
• It will be better that familiar with the consumer products
• It will be better that have call center knowledge management or repair center technical support experience
• Language
• Fluent in Chinese and English
