About this position Sales Operations Specialist is a position with diverse responsibilities which are conducted by a professional who analyzes data, researches processes, and manages various procedures to ensure all sales records are managed and organized properly. You will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year, and the responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
Your tasks · Providing front-line assistance to customers, like resolving billing and subscription inquiries, and assessing and reconciling invoices from customers. · Maintaining internal CRM systems and collaborating with internal departments and procedure owners to ensure correct system data. · Steering and supporting Sales projects from A to Z, like online/ offline process management, project status steering, order execution, customer query feedback, sales data check, and management, etc. · Closelyworking with HQ China relevant departments, support ad hoc tasksand research projects as directed by China HQ like Marketing and Logistic · Handling other duties and responsibilities as defined bymanagement and sales projects as required, such as team meeting organization, documenttranslation, and marketing event support.
Your profile: · Youhave a university degree in a foreign language, Business Administration,International Business or similar, or you have equivalent work experience inthe IT industry. · You speak French/German and English with business fluency, the Chineselanguage is absolutely necessary. · Proven work experience in sales Operations or similarrole · Strong understanding of the sales process and analytical skills to interpret sales data
