Product/Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:
-        Develop and expand customer base and product offerings in specific segment
-        Formulate strategic plan
-        Direct engineering development according to product road map
-        Lead project teams to complete awarded programs.

Key Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-        Proficiency in German speaking
-        Solid experience in business development and project management
-        Automotive industry experience is preferable
-        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
