Asus announced according to Heise (German) today the launch date for the Asus Eee PC in Germany. German fans of the low-cost Linux notebook still have to wait until December and fork over 299 Euro for the Asus Eee 4G.

: N: S6 b$ T* i. }. mWith this late launch date it is very unlikely that the Asus Eee 8G is still coming in 2007 in Germany.$ u9 x" p; ?. u$ v) Z/ p' Z
The Asus Eee is sold for $399.99 in the United States.
