之前教授email 说offer一个PhD的位置，中间小秘给发过来好多德语的表格要填，有一个多月了吧，想问问official offer 什么时候能邮到，今天小秘发email说不给邮offer,到那才能办，这是小秘的回信中说的：; y7 U6 ]' _! T, g
An official letter we will not send. If you are in Erlangen we first have to manage some things and then you will get a contract. 5 J7 ]% e/ x( Y) w& i, J# [3 g
不是签证要official offer letter 吗？那没有怎么签证呢？不知道怎么办？ |
