岗位名称:国际电池回收业务开发总监\经理:
岗位职责:
1、负责欧洲地区的电池回收业务开发及全产业链的维护工作,包括但不限于废旧电池的收集、诊断、再利用、循环使用和前、后端处理工作;
2、积极参与欧洲地区重点客户的开发和维护工作当中,开发对象包括但不限于欧洲地区的电池生产商、代工厂和整个电池循环利用价值链当中的各环节参与公司;
3、展开欧洲地区的电池回收业务的市场调查工作以确定新的行业增长机会并代表公司参加各类商务会展和行业会议向公司管理层提供电池回收业务的实时市场信息;
4、在跨部门协调合作当中提出、主导并最终完成新业务项目的落地并针对一些计划偏离的事项即使采取纠偏措施;
5、主导业务谈判并负责最终业务落地;
6、与总部技术研发和管理团队一道开展与客户的技术和商务谈判活动;
任职资格:
1、在电池生产、代加工或熔炼行业有成熟的市场\商务开发经验;
2、能胜任与电池行业目标客户开展技术咨询和技术探讨的谈判工作;
3、丰富的项目管理经验,可以与技术和商务团队一道以客户需求为导向展开工作;
4、在地区、国家甚至国际层面具有深厚的行业知识或市场经验可用于商务发开和集团营销策略的发挥;
5、优秀的团队合作成员,通过出色的沟通、展示能力能够和同事、(潜在)客户打成一片,推动业务的开展;
6、熟练的办公软件操作水平;
7、德语 英语精通;
8、法兰克福当地候选人优先考虑。

job: Business Development Director/Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Battery recycling business development and battery "closed-loop" in Europe, including not limited to EoL battery collection, diagnosis, battery reuse and recycling, pre-treatment and post-treatment of battery
- Active involvement in building/maintaining key customer relationships - including not limited to battery producers, OEMs, battery recyclers and companies in the value-chain of battery recycling
- Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities in the value-chain of battery industry, participate in trade shows and industry meetings to internally report "real-time" market intelligence
- Defining, leading and realising new business projects in cooperation with the relevant and necessary specialist departments and initiating measures in the event of deviations
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Collaboration with the R&D team, management group and conducting technical and commercial negotiation with customers
Qualification
- Proven experinence in a sales/business development role in OR with battery producers, OEMs or smelters/refineries
- Capable to technical consulting and technical negotiation with target customers in battery industry
- Project Management experience, working together with technical and commercial teams all whilst keeping in mind the client's objectives.
- Deep knowledge and/or experience in sales, customer development, and the development and implementation of sales strategies at a regional/national and/or international level
- Great teammate, proven to be able to build strong interpersonal skills with co-workers and (potential) customers, Must have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and engage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal
