Job description:
·     Responsible for the expansion of important customers, ensure 100% success of the demonstration for the new customer, and get a good start;
·     Understand all the products well. When the customers encounter unexpected situations, you can support on-site and contact R&D directly and solve problems quickly.
·     As a window for the new customers, please feedback of new customer's needs in time, grasp the market plan, and transfer the information to the headquarters in time;
·     Responsible for tracking the new customers’ product requirements to the final solution, such as some customized requests;
·     Responsible for weekly Salesforce meetings, solve the customer’s requests, find the sales opportunities, and show the products’ highlights



Job requirements:
·     Bachelor degree or above, 1 year or above related work experience, major in science and engineering such as communications, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, automotive application engineering, fluent in English, any other European language is a plus;
·     Experience in after-sales technical support in the automotive, electronics, mobile phone and other industries. Testing and debugging experience is preferred;
·     Excellent ability of market development, project coordination and good customer service awareness;
·     Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, affinity and sense of responsibility;

工作职责：

负责大客户扩展，在新客户演示阶段确保演示100%成功；
对产品充分理解，客户遇到突发意外情况，能现场支持并跟国内研发直接对接，快速解决问题
作为面向新客户的技术沟通和产品交流窗口，及时反馈的新的客户需求，把握市场计划，及时把信息传递到总部；
负责跟踪新客户产品需求问题到最终解决，如一些定制话需求；
负责每周的Salesforce需求对齐会议，解决客户需求，发现销售机会，凸显产品亮点


任职要求：

本科及以上学历,1年及以上相关工作经验，通信、电子、测控技术与仪器、汽车服务工程、汽车运用工程等理工科专业，英语听说读写流利, 任意欧洲小语种加分；
有汽车、电子、手机等行业售后技术支持工作经验，测试、调试经验优先；
工作思路条理性强，具有较强执行力，良好的抗压能力，团队意识好；
学习能力较强，服务意识佳，责任心强，工作细致、严谨。
