Operation Coordinator （物流操作员）
Job Description
 Export shipments handling incl. AWB creation
 IATA direct handling, consolidation handling
 Cooperation with clients, suppliers, agents, and 3rd party co-loaders
 Place booking with airlines and carriers
 Export customs clearance, preparation of air waybills
 Apex System data input, Freight billing and invoicing
 Calculation of air freight rates and offer creation
 Organization of transports


工作要求
Qualification Requirement
 Successful completion of commercial vocational training, preferably air freight,ocean freight, logistics or equivalent qualification or equivalent education
 Professional experience in the above-mentioned area is preferred
 Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power point etc
 Fluent German speaking, writing. Good communication and negotiation skills inGerman. Good Chinese or English speaking are desirable
 Very good communication skills, multitasking capability, Fast responding andgood time management
 Self-motivation, high initiative, loyalty and clear target orientation
