Job description:

Ø  Reply the problem from customer by Email once seeing, if there isany problem not sure how to reply, contact and learn from Chinese manufacturerby Wechat.

Ø  Check Email every work day Mon-Friday.

Ø  Accept training about products from manufacturer

Ø  Sending the parts to customers if there is needed

Ø  Fixing the product send back from customers.

Ø  Setting up a daily working hour, it can be communicated andadjusted.

负责Email回复客户的技术问题

如有需要维修的,需要按照做简单的维修,没有经验可以

需要接受指导,做一些简单的机械维修,不需要相关科系

每个工作天都要检查并回复Email, 工作时间可讨论

有时候没有需要处理的事情则不用工作,薪水一样会发放

Qualities:

Ø  Bilingual of English and Mandarin both writing and speaking

Ø  Good at German is a plus

Ø  Live in Germany or France

Ø  Can work around 0.5~2.5hour per day at week days

Plan to live in German for long period of time,visa is required
