To expand our team in Sales Management, we are looking for a Sales assistant (f/m/d) to support us.

Your tasks:



Work with sales staff to support the daily communication with customers.

Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.

Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.

Prepare and reconcile customer balances and correct discrepancies in customer account balances.

Follow-up of all customer deliveries including the associated documents

Monitoring of the inventories of the foreign plants or EMS service providers also directly on site (currently mainly in Poland)

Correspondence with our Chinese parent company, internal interfaces and customers



Your profile:



Independent working style, team and communication skills

Good experience or study background in business management

Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications

Very good knowledge of German, English and Chinese

Willingness to travel on business for several days within Europe
