Positioning and Expectation · Cooperate with COE to establish traffic analysis model for specific e-shop site · Provide professional analysis and suggestions on traffic management to operation manager for helping the operation manager achieve the sales goal · Proficient in SEM and auction advertisement placement techniques · Effectively manage the flow of various channels, and propose best practice. · Regularly organize the team to summarize and output the lesson learned, market insights, etc Capacity & Skill Requirement · Strong professional capabilities and practical experience in any domain (traffic/campaign/product) · Can develop sales/operation strategies in any domain · Be responsible for the performance results of the entire domain · Based on the mid-level traffic specialist’s skills, senior traffic specialist need to take more initiative and responsibility. · Can objectively analyze the success of the project. · Have the ability to summarize, a certain organizational ability and strong insights. · Bachelor degree or above · Fluent in English and mandarin Chinese · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Tools and Certifications requirements · Tools:GA/Google Ads/Google Merchant Center /SimilarWeb/Webpower/Insider/SEMrush/Google Search Console/Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads/AFREF/backlink checker · Certifications:GA IQ/Google Ads Search/Google Shopping Ads/Google Video Ads/Google Ads Measurement/Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads/SEMrush Academy
