Creative and Asset Operation Specialist - West European Region

Main Responsibilities:

1) Support for marketing projects, mainly creative production and asset localization in countries in Western European Region, including but not limited to:

- project briefing, budget management and progress tracking

- project performance monitoring in execution, reporting on any outstanding issues

- project validation and payment process

2) Responsible for trouble-shooting and ensuring compliance internally and externally for the whole process, guidance for project owner for compliance issues; coordination between different stakeholders, e.g. marketing, procurement, finance, accounting, risk-control staffs ect.

3) Responsible for creative production and asset localization project workflow execution and process quality for countries in Western European Region, ensuring maximal risk mitigation, guaranteeing the workflow and process execution quality to the highest level of quality required by Headquarter.

4) Organization of execution and process compliance check for the region, conducting self-review and update necessary key metrics and reports, being able to identify potential issues and risks in project execution and process fulfillment.

5) Support in project coordination and communication between headquarter, region and countries, budget management and tracking.

6) Support in planning, organization and execution of other key marketing projects in Western European Region HQ Marketing, coordination internally and with external agencies.

Requirements:

Desired skills and experiences

1)     Experience in relevance to marketing and communication is expected, preferably in creative or advertising agencies; experience in an international cooperation is a plus.

2) University degrees are assets; marketing, communications, journalism, economics studies, finance etc. is preferred, but not a must.

3) VERY EXCELLENT communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills. Sensitivity in numbers and ability to work and solve problems independently are A MUST.

4) VERY EXCELLENT verbal and writing skills in Chinese and English; the other European language skill is preferred.

5) You MUST be game-changing, self-motivated, detail-oriented and result driven.

6) You MUST be able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasks and finalize your projects in a deadline and result-oriented environment.

7) Good knowledge of MS office, esp. word, excel and power point is an asset.
